Aunting

There are a few Christmassy things still from my travels to show to you but before I got all the luggage unpacked, I leave you with this little story...

-Auntie, what is that machine?
-It's a mini...You know...carpet...knitting-machine? No...Sis, help?
-It's a loom-machine to make a rug. Mini-size.
-I knew that. It's by brio, dear.

-Auntie, is this the one I need to move to make a carpet?
-Um...It's been 30years since I used a similar thing...Let me see *trying, silent swearing, threads all over the place*, I think it might broken. I am pretty sure actually.

-Auntie, if I just take this from here, and put that there...Look auntie, I know how! Should I make a green stripe next... Auntie, I really want this for Christmas!

-Sweetie, let's have a coffee, you can have a big bun. Auntie really needs it now.

Happy December 12th!

Yours,
Mia

P.S. Giveaway here until December 15th! Welcome!

I know, Vivienne!

My little nephew uses all the gadgets so much better than me, and is great with computers too, he can put his beloved Postman Pat game on by himself already! When I was three... We'll I managed to hold a plastic shovel and smile at the same time I should think ;)

Happy week to you too!

Yours,
Mia

Hi Donna,

He's the cutest little guy ever :) but I'm afraid he's not having that thing for this year as he already wished from Santa the brio metro-set and some other rather large items...Maybe for his 4th B-day?

Have a wonderful day!

Yours,
Mia

This time of the year...

Usually around this time, when children go back to school, and you can just about to smell the autumn, I start to dig deeper in my fabric...
