Getting things done

Today is a busy day: we are picking up a tree for my mom, baking a traditional fruit cake, I am going to do the absolutely last shopping with my sis, and then there are those damn I mean made with love-seasonal greetings to be made. So I leave you with these cute yet a bit manic (just like me?) snowmen today:

Happy December 14th!

P.S. Giveaway here until tomorrow, December 15th! Welcome!

They are such fun Mia...you know how much I L*O*V*E your snowmen. As for my snowman scarf (worn every day) I get SO many comments about who made it, it is hand made etc etc? I proudly say my friend Mia in Finland hand made it with love!
Keep ticking off that list, you will get there. I am off to the ballet tonight to see The Nutcracker at the Coliseum in London...can't wait.

Love the little snowmen Mia! :)
Keep going with the list, mind you I would need to take my own advice, I really can't be bothered doing anything today!

Hi Mia! Your snowmen with birds are so lovely! Before I saw your post I already admired one of them in your shop! You have so cute imagination!
I hope you are not too busy. I don't have any Christmas stress because our Christmas will be very quiet this year. I hope to enjoy sewing, quilting and knitting with chocolate!
xxx Teje
PS. We will get winter from the weekend - I'm not happy with that.

:D Söpöjähän ne vaan on.. Toivottavasti löytyi hyvä kuusi. Mä en tunnu pääsevän joulunrakennukseen sitten ollenkaan. Tossutehdas vaan painaa kuumana kun en osaa kieltäytyä töistä. Minkäs teet.. ;)

Dear Jane,

I am so happy you've liked the scarf, it was fun project to make as I documented it for you to see also!

I am feeling more confident now, all the presents bought and such...Christmas can come now!

Thank you so much, Anne!

I wish you're not too busy - it's lovely just to stop enjoying the Holiday Spirit... This is a special time!

Have a lovely day dear friend!

Hi Teje,

And thank you! Our Christmas is not going to huge either, just the closest family gathering together. It's lovely to have that time for you to enjoy, and slowly knit or sew too...And have some chocolate :)

Stay warm and cozy!!!!

Heips Nova,

Mukavaa viikkoa!

Hi Beth,

Busy it was but oh yes, a pretty tree is picked and a cake bakes AND all the presents bough (only the wrapping needed...) and I managed to send out those cards yesterday too - I am so happy now!!

Wishing you a great weekend!

This time of the year...

Usually around this time, when children go back to school, and you can just about to smell the autumn, I start to dig deeper in my fabric...
